Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026.

Exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and related measurements are estimates from video. They are not official measurements and must not be relied on for scouting, safety, medical, eligibility, wagering, or competitive decisions.

Eligibility and youth players

You must be at least 18 to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may create and control an account used with a youth player. A child under 13 may not create or independently operate an account. The adult account owner is responsible for supervising use and obtaining permission to record, analyze, store, or share footage of every person shown, especially minors.

Permitted use

You may use Baseball Hitting Tracer for lawful personal, team, or coaching analysis. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, resell access without permission, use it to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or submit unlawful content.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You may initiate deletion from Delete account.

Your footage

You retain ownership of your footage. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to record, import, process, export, and share it. The normal tracing workflow processes footage locally; an optional diagnostic report does not include your footage.

Free and Pro service

The web plan currently includes two free watermarked exports. Pro is currently $5 per month and unlocks unlimited exports, 1080p/60 fps options, and removal of the Baseball Hitting Tracer watermark and end card. The price and included features shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.

Stripe bills web subscriptions automatically until canceled. You can cancel through Account → Manage subscription; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Apple bills and manages App Store subscriptions under Apple’s terms. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription; cancel it in Apple subscription settings.

Beta features and availability

Automatic ball tracking can fail when the baseball is hidden, blurred, off-frame, or visually indistinguishable. Beta features may change or be unavailable. Report incorrect traces rather than relying on a visually plausible line. We may suspend the service for maintenance, safety, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or measurement accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Baseball Hitting Tracer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms for product, legal, or security reasons. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or unlawful use.
