Delete your account

This starts permanent deletion of your Baseball Hitting Tracer account and associated support records. Local videos remain under your device controls and should be deleted from the device separately.

Checking your signed-in account…

Subscriptions are separate. Cancel a web subscription from the tracer’s Manage subscription button. Cancel an App Store subscription in Apple Subscriptions. Account deletion alone may not stop Apple billing.

Deletion requests target completion within seven days. We will retain only records that must be kept for tax, fraud prevention, dispute, security, or other legal obligations, and only for the required period.
